Depends on #7.

A minimal CLI driver tying parse → salsa-checked HIR → twill-codegen → JIT execute into one command - e.g. twillc run <file.tw>.

crates/validation is currently just a lexer-dump binary (println!("{:?}", toks)) - either extend it into this driver or replace it; no real driver exists yet.

This is the "it's alive" issue: closing it means pointing the compiler at a .tw file on disk and watching it actually run.
