Depends on #8.

A handful of tiny .tw fixture files (arithmetic, a conditional, a couple of functions calling each other) with expected exit codes/output, run through the full pipeline in an integration test.

Purpose: catch regressions in this vertical slice once Step 3+ (failure-as-value, effects, etc.) start landing on top of it - the slice should keep working unchanged, since #1 deliberately scoped it to be unreachable from any of that.
