Also fixes NotCallable's new Option payload so the diagnostic no longer silently drops when the call's callee isn't a plain identifier (e.g. x.f(), f()()).

Adds insta snapshot tests for the checker's diagnostics, mirroring the parser's snapshot-test discipline: one representative program per DiagnosticKind (minus Syntax, which is parser-owned), plus one accepted program covering structs and functions together. Also fixes NotCallable's new Option<Symbol> payload so the diagnostic no longer silently drops when the call's callee isn't a plain identifier (e.g. x.f(), f()()). Closes #7
